week 11

late as usual

not alot done that day, but I learnt some things that will take a serious load off my assignment 2 work and I look forward to seeing how Peter O'Donnell handles lectures

week 10

Just went through different questions on design and then went through design of a use case diagram, I think.

but other then that a pretty standard lab and there isn't much more to write other then I left this one late like usual.

week 9

not a lot occurred again just looking at changing a case diagram into an ER diagram nothing I hadn't done during database. so didn't do much but continue on plugging through the first gruesome assignment and I mean gruesome because I really do not like analysis but I understand its a necessary evil. It doesn't help that I cant help but get distracted when I try to work, I really need to work that out...

week 8

Not a lot occurred, looked at a site to see what a certain company is using for it web-server and having a discussion on a CFA site that collapsed during intense bushfires due to too many people accessing it at once and how Telstra could have it so their servers do not collapse in the same situation.

That only took 1 hour and when it was done everyone left, so not much happened. Maybe it will be different week 9...

week 7 (late again)

Another late post, keep forgetting to do them when I get home. I mean Ive had this window open for more then a day and my typing skills are atrocious.

But anyway back to the point of this blog, the tut was interesting and should hopefully help with the assignment but well see when the time comes, anyway(again?) I should see about playing around with the diagram drawing program before using it for the assignment.

week 6 (very late)

This post is incredibly late but I had better do it, I mean better late then never right?

I found the tutorial on use cases to be very useful and the visual paradigm pro gram will be incredibly useful for the assignment easing the production of the diagrams used for the assignment case.

well I should let people get back to whatever they were doing

Week 5

I'm going to keep on top of this blog by posting during the tutorial.
I really hope I learn something today because I don't want to go away empty handed so to say.
Which it looks like I might learn something, mostly about the event table.

I certainly know I don't want a job doing this and I wish I could think of more to write here
